I am posting slides from a talk I gave last year (2022-03-14) on Operating Systems Security and Trust in the course CSE598: Secure Microkernel Designs offered through the STAM Center at Arizona State University in the Spring 2022 term. I discussed concepts in operating systems security and trust, focusing on reference monitors, access control, trusted platform modules (TPMs), digital signatures, and attestation.
